Amoli Larijani Criticism: We do not expect personalities and media to repeat counter-revolutionary claims

The head of the judiciary said that the country’s judiciary is moving in full force with the revolution, adding: “Creating new structures, refining the judiciary, paying special attention to crime prevention and applying new technologies in the judiciary, including the achievements of the movement.” It is considered to be the growth of the judiciary.

Ayatollah Sadegh Amoli Larijani at today’s meeting of the High Judiciary with the congratulation of Yomollah Bahman February 22, added: Islamic Revolution in the judicial system like other foundations of Iranian society has had a great impact, so since the management of martyr Ayat Allah Beheshti has continued the upward movement of the judiciary.

The head of the judiciary considered “moving within the framework of the divine system” an indicator of the activity of the judiciary and emphasized: What is important to our divine and spiritual community is that the enactment and enforcement of the judiciary of the country be in accordance with the teachings of Islam. General we can understand that it was right for the judiciary to move.

Amoli Larijani noted that the judiciary has made significant progress in terms of structure, organization, as well as in terms of security, corruption and the promotion of justice, refining judicial laws including the Islamic Penal Code and the Rules of Procedure. Criminal and tens of laws are other achievements of the country’s judicial system, all of which have been attributed to the efforts of senior judicial officials and all judges and staff of the judiciary over the past 35 years.

The Head of the Judiciary called the counter-revolutionary attacks and the functioning of the judicial system of the country a sign of the “correct direction” of the judiciary and the importance of its position in the system of the Islamic Republic and emphasized: The judiciary is a pioneer in creating security and preventing corruption. Overseas counter-revolutionaries have been targeted in order to weaken the foundations of the system, and some therefore recommend that it be targeted for attacks on the judiciary.

“The destruction of the judiciary is essentially the destruction of the system,” Amoli Larijani said, adding: “The judiciary always welcomes legal and constructive criticism and corrects its actions if it recognizes the criticisms as correct, even if Many have done so, but it is certainly criticism other than defamation, insult, and grounding for the destruction of the system.

The head of the judiciary added: “Of course the expected counter-revolution is nothing but destruction, but we do not expect the personalities and the media to make the same claims.

Speaking to the Iranian people, Amoli Larijani said to the Iranian people: “Your servants in the judiciary will do their utmost to pursue justice and try to overcome the shortcomings.” To fix it.

The head of the judiciary criticized the publication and publication of some inaccurate statistics, including claims of 17 million cases in the judicial system by some officials outside the judiciary, adding: “Although the statistics have been unknowingly stated, there is room for concern. Why, without proper scrutiny, are numbers that are untrue. It is true that about 13 million cases are processed in the judiciary annually and this process is registered in all courts, but it should be noted that these statistics do not indicate the number of complaints or suits in the judiciary, as one is at different stages of the process. It is filed and counted as a statistic, so a complaint may eventually be filed 10 times in different jurisdictions and counted as 10 cases.

He added: “Such inclusion of cases is in principle OK, but it should be borne in mind that these figures, such as 13 million, do not imply that there are 13 million crimes or legal incidents in the country and, secondly, that when there are 13 million cases per year, The judiciary enters, sometimes over 13 million cases are closed. This means that at no time will this number be collected in the judicial system at one time. The case is moving like a current rudder, and so maybe not one of the numbers is stacked in the judiciary at one time.

In another part of his speech, Amoli Larijani referred to the victory of the Islamic Revolution as a reference to the verse “Anna Fethana Lak Fatha Mobina” and stated: For those who were present at that time they were touching the tyrannical regime’s tyrannical pressures, the anti-religious method and the country’s dependence on the West. They observed that the victory of the Islamic Revolution was literally “the conquest of light and the revolution of light”.

Judging by the fact that a large part of the country’s current population was born after the events of the revolution, the head of the judiciary criticized the assessment of the roots of the revolution on the basis of “formal and formal” criteria, saying: “The evaluation index cannot be just ostensibly.” He relied on, for example, the abundance or lack of public interest as the main criterion for evaluating the revolution.

Amoli Larijani, emphasizing that the “basis, nature and end” of the Islamic Revolution of the Iranian people led by Imam Khomeini, was different from other revolutions in the world, although: in the Islamic Revolution of Iran and some other revolutions, including the Russian Bolshevik Revolution, That led to the formation of the Soviet Union, there were similarities in appearance and, for example, the two royal military revolutions were abolished, but the nature of the revolutions did not depend on their appearance, but on the epistemological and ontological foundations as well. The main goals of the revolution play a decisive role in the nature of the revolution.

The head of the judiciary stated: For believers who had accepted the divine revelation, the aim of the revolution was to create a government to bring about this divine revelation. The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution and the founder of the Islamic Republic has always spoken of Islam and dedicated his life to the people and bringing the teachings of the prophets to life. compared.

Amoli Larijani pointed out: Muslims believe that the right of transcendence, which is the environment of all worlds, has sent down teachings to guide humanity. We believe that God has revealed His illuminating verses to bring people out of darkness into light, as God says in the Holy Qur’an: َََُُُ ٍٍٍٍٍٍٍٍَُُِِِِِِِِِِِِِِِِِِِِِ

The head of the judiciary went on to explain the difference between the nature of the Islamic Revolution and the liberal movements based on the thought of liberal democracy, saying that liberal democracy, which claimed a human freedom based a philosophical theory on the basis of social movements, had in effect the nuclear bomb. It builds, accumulates, and even collapses on the people, but the leader of the Islamic Revolution, based on divine ideas, declares it illegal to build, stockpile and use nuclear weapons.

He described the evaluation of the Islamic Revolution on the basis of apparent indicators as “persecuting the revolution” and added: “Sometimes it is observed that in evaluating the efficiency of the revolution some deficiencies are included, including the provision of criterion value, which is unfortunate; It is the duty of the Islamic system to provide public welfare to the people as well, but this should never be an indicator of the main evaluation of the revolution.

The head of the judiciary called “independence, dignity and self-esteem” another of the goals of the Islamic Revolution and stated: Before the revolution our people had never experienced a real vote, but today men and women, young and old, not only They have the right to self-determination, but also feel compelled to appear at the ballot box with insight and clear religious evidence that has given the people the self-awareness and self-belief of the Islamic Revolution.

Amoli Larijani called the revolutionary self-belief in the light of the Quranic doctrine of “Fan al-Azzah Allah and the Messenger of God” and said: The message of the Islamic Revolution is that if you want to be dear to your life, you should rely on a source of dignity.

The head of the judiciary described the “provision of a flourishing platform for talent” as another goal of the revolution and of course an indicator of its evaluation, adding: “With all the pressure of global arrogance and the sanctions of the hegemony system over the past 35 years, the revolution is now booming in scientific movements and progress. Stunning technology that is stunning for the world, of course, is not limited to science, but to civil and political aspects.

He also pointed out that ahead of Yomullah 22 Bahman: People’s participation in marches for the last 35 years, in addition to encouraging officials and fostering national cohesion, has enormous foreign implications because it reflects state authority, community empathy and ineffectiveness. It’s the pressure of the aliens.

“We hope that all of our dear people this year will march in a single voice, joyfully and forcefully, on the day of Bahman 22, and wish the unity that is most effective in defeating the enemy more than many weapons,” he said. Show.

Following this meeting, senior judicial officials discussed the recent Criminal Procedure Bill, which was submitted to the Guardian Council and remanded to the Majlis for resolving disputes, and the discussion was postponed to the next session
